Gratitude Mudra

CREATING ROOM FOR JOY, PEACE & ABUNDANCE

This week's Mudra connects to to the energy of Gratitude.

When taking your dose of vitamin G, bring your hands into prayer position (Anjali), then open out your hands as if you were offering a gift.  Keep your little fingers together.  Then repeat the affirmation below (include what you are grateful for that day):

"I CHOOSE TO FOCUS ON GRATITUDE.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR...

...I AM GRATEFUL FOR...

...I AM GRATEFUL FOR..."
