  • Every morning, dance to your favourite song and then thank you body for moving.  Follow up with saying out loud 3 things you love about your body.

  • Allow your body to fully relax at least once this week using the Yoga Nidra session below or even joining me for a Sunday Night Live Restorative Session (Click here to book).

  • OPTIONAL UPGRADED DOSE: Take the 30 min Zen Yoga Sequence as many times this week as you wish (morning recommended).

  • Listen to Solfeggio Frequency 285Hz every day.

Prana Mudra

THE ABILITY TO ACTIVATE DORMANT

ENERGY IN THE BODY

Prana is the vital life force energy within all living things.  This Mudra will awaken and enliven your personal Prana. It will ease nervousness and fatigue.

 

Connect the tip of your thumb with both the ring and pinky finger (like making a peace sign). Keep the index and middle finger extended.    

 

This week's affirmation is:

"I lOVE & CELEBRATE MY BODY AND THE JOY IT BRINGS ME IN DAILY MOVEMENT. I NOURISH & LISTEN TO MY BODY WITH KINDNESS AND COMPASSION."
