  • Take the silent meditation as much or as little as you like.

  • Use the spirit guide meditation just once and write down your experience.

  • Create a Dream Journal. As soon as you wake, start free writing. Log your dream if you remember it, or  write random words until it comes out.  At least 20 minutes.

  • Explore and listen to your own soul as much as possible. Reflect on the questions in the pdf.

  • Create a sacred space within your own home - a space to connect to your true self and Divinity

  • Listen to Solfeggio Frequency 963Hz every day.

Dhyana Mudra

BRINGING DEEP REFLECTION

AND INNER PEACE

The Dhyana Mudra is the oldest Mudra.  It was used before yogis started teaching and connecting to Mudras.  It prepares you for enlightenment and symbolises balance.

 

Place your right hand over your left hand, with just the fingers overlapping. Keep the palms facing up and resting in your lap, while connecting your thumbs together in a triangular shape. 

 

This mudra is used in a number of different meditation postures, including seated, standing, and walking meditations.

 

This week's affirmation is:

"I am loved. I am love. My path unfolds before my eyes.  I listen to the sound of my soul and I make space for what is truly mine;  Inner peace.  I am ready. I am loved. "
