Cancellation Policy

No refunds once confirmed. You can cancel your booking up to 5 days before the workshop. If you cancel your place up to 5 days before, you will receive a credit to spend on any of Rachael's services. If you cancel within 5 days up to 48hrs of the workshop you will receive credit to spend on Rachael's services but only 50%. For example, if you have paid £97 for the workshop and cancel 4 days before it starts, you will receive a credit of £46.50. If you cancel within 48hrs of the workshop, or do not show, you will not receive credit or transfers. This is due to the venue terms & conditions and requiring pre-payment of confirmed numbers for lunch etc.. Please ensure you are happy with these terms before paying and confirming your space. Payment means you have read and approved these terms. Thank you for understanding.
