For example: Nov theme = UNBOUND 9.30-10 am = introductions and welcome plus theme teachings 10-11am = gentle movement (not sweaty exercise), somatic tools, breathwork and yogic wisdom and meditation 11.30 - 12.30 = Sacred Circle 12.30-5 = Integration and reflection time (no sessions but an invitation to pause, eat nourishing food, relax or do something wholesome) 5-5.30 meditation 5.30-8 = Pause and integrate 9-9.15 = Restorative Yoga & NIDRA Then off to bed you pop after a transformational day of deep soul connection.
