I’m an accredited Retreat leader, 500hr Yoga teacher, Somatic (MindBody) Therapist, Spiritual Life Coach, Energy healer and Soul Doula.
I am so pleased you’re here. Finding serenity on the path to inner peace is so important and I designed this retreat membership to do just that. I teach yoga as a psycho-spiritual and somatic experience, using gentle and slow movement mixed with stillness and silence, as the gateway to a greater insight into the self.
