I’m a 500hr Master Yoga teacher, certified Zen Yoga & Meditation teacher, Certified Restorative Yoga Teacher, Yin Yoga Teacher and Angelic Reiki Master. I’ve been teaching weekly yoga classes, private sessions & retreats (my last one was hosted in the Spanish mountains J) since 2018.
I am so pleased you’re here. Finding serenity on the path to inner peace is so important and I designed this experience as a way to cultivate calm & healing at home. to do just that.
