My personal sacred space, based in Stourton, Stourbridge in the West Midlands (UK) is a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle.

Nestled in my garden, close to woodland and nature (you can sometimes hear the owls), my Soul Sanctuary offers a pure and sacred space to wind down, relax and find calm.

On arrival, you are greeted with fresh herbal tea, a sacred foot salt soak and a warm, candlelit space with soft healing music and under floor heating.
​
My commitment to pure and powerful work means I never do ‘back to back’ sessions and limit my client list. I also self care daily to keep my own mind, body & soul in balance. This ensures a high level of healing and support for anyone I work with.

All of my online, Zoom and distance sessions are hosted from my Soul Sanctuary.

'Balance'​ Wellbeing

A Coaching Session with me aiming to find your balance & improve wellbeing.
Let’s connect via Zoom or on a walk in nature as we explore your wellbeing. We look at mind, body, soul balance and personalise the session around your lifestyle. I promise you a safe and non-judgmental place to explore your feelings, thoughts and emotions as you return to your true self.

Angelic Reiki
​
A super-charged Angelic energy healing for the mind, body & soul.
Each session starts with a brief conversation to open up to the Healing Angels, we then connect to the ‘hands on healing’. Once the healing is complete and you've taken a few moments to have some water or herbal tea, we then discuss what came up and any after care required.
You will leave feeling deep peace, calm and relaxation. Every single session is different - and that is the beauty of Angelic Reiki. The healing works with where you are in that moment.

Serenity Sessions​
​
A blissful session of Reiki, Yoga & Meditation for deep peace & quiet.
These sessions have been designed for anyone who needs to escape the stresses and strains of everyday life and take time out to breathe, relax and restore.
We start the session with a short chakra cleanse before connecting to the breath and beginning your relaxation. I’ll then guide you to take some gentle and nourishing Restorative poses depending on where the tension is being held in your body using bolsters, props, eye mask, blankets and pillows.
I connect you to a peaceful state whilst playing solfeggio healing music. Your only job is to allow the mind to quiet and the body to fully relax as you glide into a peaceful state of 'being'. Afterwards, you come back onto the couch for a beautiful burst of Angelic Reiki healing before we spend the final 15 minutes reviewing anything that came up during the session whilst drinking herbal tea.

Private Yoga

A 1:1 yoga session to deepen your
practice in a safe space.
I offer private yoga at my personal studio or from the comfort of your own home (via Zoom).
As a 500hr master yoga teacher, with further certified training in Zen, Yin & Restorative practices, I can tailor each session to suit your personal needs.

Personalised Private Retreats

Full or half day personal retreat days for deep healing, serenity and insight.
A real treat for the senses as we spend time together in my personal Soul Sanctuary in Stourbridge. We explore your journey together via Zoom before I create a personalised retreat plan just for you. Once we have agreed the plan, we confirm your retreat date.
You will be welcomed into my Soul Sanctuary with a sacred foot bath, herbal tea, snacks and a warm and inviting space. We set the intention for the day and begin the journey together. Brunch or lunch can be arranged and included in your day depending on the itinerary.
You’ll leave feeling calm, blissful and empowered as you continue with your life mission.

Sacred Soul Session
​
A deeply personal session. Unique to you and your soul mission.
We deep dive together into the depths of your soul and explore your life mission.
An intuitive session using all my knowledge from various trainings and inner wisdom, to further heal and guide you on your path. You’ll also receive a personalised sacred self care kit which includes a journal to use on your journey.
Approx. 2hrs per session.

Past Life Regression
​
A powerful journey deep into your unconscious to heal past life wounds.
Ever felt you’ve been here before?
Do you have unexplained fears, phobias, aches and pains?
Do you have your own past life memories?
This session takes you into a safe hypnosis, where you'll clearly see a past life which needs to be healed.
We start by exploring any questions you may have or anything that needs to be brought into the sacred space around a past life.
I then take you into a deep state of relaxation, where you'll feel safe and protected as you start your journey into the subconscious mind where we store these memories.
After the session we discuss anything that came up and create an aftercare plan.
